Corporate Securities Associate

A top-notch mid-sized Chicago law firm is seeking to hire an associate with outstanding academic credentials, at least 3 years of sophisticated securities experience, including strong ’33 Act and ’34 Act, and experience with regulatory filings and SEC research. M&A, corporate finance, and experience with governance and commercial agreements is a plus. The position offers great hands-on experience working closely with clients in a highly regarded full-service firm.
